Subluxation literally means less light flow, referring to the source of electricity in your body called your nervous system. It is the same special something that created your body from 2 cells, and that creates a fever or a cough to help your body heal.

 

Symptoms are signals from your body’s innate intelligence that are the incredible mechanisms our body has to heal itself. Subluxation is caused by STRESS. That stress can come in the physical, chemical or emotional form. In Chiropractic philosophy, we refer to them as TRAUMAS, THOTS, and TOXINS.

 

Getting adjusted is about supporting your innate intelligence to flow freely and to help you be better able to adapt to the stresses of life. Healthy habits and choices help support this process. Below you will find guidance to help you relieve stress and find more balance in all of these areas.
