"Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

~The World Health Organization

Subluxation literally means less light flow, referring to the source of electricity in your body called your nervous system. It is the same special something that created your body from 2 cells, and that creates a fever or a cough to help your body heal.

Symptoms are signals from your body’s innate intelligence that are the incredible mechanisms our body has to heal itself. Subluxation is caused by STRESS. That stress can come in the physical, chemical or emotional form. In Chiropractic philosophy, we refer to them as TRAUMAS, THOTS, and TOXINS.

Getting adjusted is about supporting your innate intelligence to flow freely and to help you be better able to adapt to the stresses of life. Healthy habits and choices help support this process. Below you will find guidance to help you relieve stress and find more balance in all of these areas.

Relieving stress and quieting the mind go hand in hand.

If you have never done a cleanse or a gut reset before, this is a great first place to start.  Here are some sites to check out cleansing the gut.  These cleanses are not meant to deprive you in any way and do not limit the amount of food you intake but rather they limit you to eating REAL food only.  At Bee Well Chiropractic, we are more interested in creating sustainable lifestyle habits rather than doing a yo-yo diet with deep fasting and deprivation followed by going back to the same old habits.  Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, and let us know if you would like to try one.  We may be able to get you a discounted price on your cleanse supplies.

We just love these blogs in general!
